How long is the rental?
Request your pickup and return dates. We will confirm the rental window in your quote; a standard rental duration has not yet been published.
Do I wash linens?
Please ask for the linen care instructions before washing. The cleaning requirements for your selected linens will be confirmed with your rental.
Do I clean serving pieces?
We will provide care and return instructions for your specific pieces. Please confirm which cleaning methods are appropriate before using them.
Is food included?
This is an event rental service. Food in styling photos is inspiration; do not assume food is included in a rental.
Is chafing fuel included?
Ask when requesting chafing dishes. Fuel inclusion and approved use will be confirmed in your itemized quote.
Do you deliver?
The website currently supports customer-pickup inquiries in Davis County. Contact us about delivery before planning around it.
Can I pick up early?
Include your preferred pickup date in your request. Early pickup depends on availability and must be agreed in advance.
What if something breaks?
Let us know promptly. Your final rental agreement will explain damage responsibilities and any applicable replacement charges.
Can I rent just one item?
Yes, you can request individual pieces. Customer-pickup rentals have a $25 minimum rental subtotal.
How far in advance should I reserve?
Send your request as soon as you know your event date. We manually confirm availability; submitting an inquiry does not hold items.
