An inquiry does not hold inventory. We review availability, send the itemized quote and full rental agreement, and confirm the payment and deposit requirements before you commit.
Cleaning & care
Care needs vary by piece. Ask for the item-specific instructions before your event, including whether linens or serving pieces should be washed. Cleaning requirements will be included with your reservation.
Damage or missing pieces
Let us know promptly if anything is damaged or missing. Applicable responsibilities and replacement charges must be specified in your finalized agreement.
