This is a preliminary rental policy overview. Final payment, cancellation, cleaning and damage terms are being prepared; this page is not the rental agreement.
No reservation is finalized or payment accepted through this site. You will receive the complete agreement and itemized terms before committing.
Cancellation
Cancellation deadlines, refunds and rescheduling terms will be stated in the final agreement before you commit.
Pickup, return & late returns
Pickup is in Davis County, Utah, by confirmed arrangement. Exact pickup information is shared privately. Your agreement will specify return times and any late-return charges.
Cleaning
Item-specific cleaning and packing instructions, including any cleaning fees, will be provided with your final rental details.
Lost, broken or damaged pieces
Your agreement will identify renter responsibilities and replacement charges. Report damage or missing pieces promptly.
Prohibited uses, weather & outdoor use
Ask about suitability before using pieces outdoors, near open flames or with heating/cooling equipment. Approved use, restrictions and weather responsibilities must be confirmed for your selected items.
Renter responsibility & agreement
The person renting will review the exact inventory, care instructions and full agreement before the reservation is finalized. This website does not collect a signature or payment yet.
